Terms of Service

GENERAL
- Personal use only; for commercial use, discuss first.
- Clients are required to submit reference images. images of pets, positions, and attire
- There is a three time restriction on changes for sketches and a two time limit on modifications for the finished product; any more revisions will be charged extra.
- Discussed first for necessary commercial requirements.
- You will receive an email with the final results.I have the right to post commission results in my portfolio and on social media.
- I retain the right to decline commission requests that go above and beyond what I can handlePAYMENTS
A full payment is required to secure a reservation and guarantees that you will receive the pictures.REVISIONS
There is a three time restriction on changes for sketches and a two time limit on modifications for the finished product; any more revisions will be charged extra.Usage for VTubers and VTuber Fans
- VTubers must commission work at the commercial price.- Expanded: A VTuber is considered a public figure and may generate revenue based on engagement from posts and shares. Therefore, all commissioned work by VTubers will be charged at the commercial rate. This also applies if the commission is ordered as a gift for a VTuber.- If you order a gift for a VTuber and pay at the commercial rate, the VTuber can share the artwork across social media platforms, provided they credit the artist and include any base agreements.- For livestreaming, the VTuber may display the artwork in their stream, with the artist’s name and a small watermark visible. If the artwork is intended for direct use in a livestream, please discuss this with me beforehand.Editing Artwork
You are entitled to two free revisions, which may include changes up to the base coloring. Minor edits beyond this will incur an additional fee of $10/IDR 25K per edit unless they are due to an oversight by the artist. Additional image editing and other requests beyond the agreed terms must be paid for separately in theUsage Restrictions
- You are not allowed to edit or resell the commission without my consent.- Expanded: If you wish to make modifications to the commissioned work due to dissatisfaction, you must seek my consent first. Unauthorized changes may impact my trust in my work. Reselling is allowed if you are transferring an OC or Adopt, but the selling price cannot exceed the original cost. Selling at a lower price is permitted, but under no circumstances can the image be altered and claimed as your own work. Violators will face a fine of five times the commission value stated in the Terms of Service.- You are not allowed to mint my artwork as an NFT or use it in AI-generated content. You cannot claim my artwork as your own, even if it was a paid commission. Additionally, no one is permitted to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product. For commercial use, a watermark is required if distributing the artwork to fans. Please credit me as @_nekopurrinREFUNDS
No refunds will be provided once the work is submitted. Any dissatisfaction must be addressed during the sketching and painting process. Once the work is finalized, it cannot be altered or refunded.Artistic Rights
I retain the rights to all artwork I produce and may use it for self-promotion, share it on social media, or include it in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.Note:Prices and Terms of Service may be updated over time.
